What is the return policy of Dhurrie Store?

Under all circumstances, returns will be made only for faulty goods or for any quality related issues. In rare cases, a return can be requested for any incorrect information provided by us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or have received a product damaged in transit, we will work with you to resolve the issue expeditiously. In case you receive a damaged or defective product from our side you can get the replacement within a period of 15 days from the date of delivery without any added cost.

How do I return a Dhurrie Store product for repair?

Dhurrie Store products are made to ensure customer satisfaction and to last for the natural life of the product. All products for repair should be delivered at your expense to our factory address. You should be aware of the repairing charges by e-mail before delivering the product directly to our address. Please note that warranty only covers manufacturing and materials defects and does not cover any damage caused by misuse, neglect, exposure to water and solvents or wear and tear, or purely cosmetic damages (such as scratched leather).

How long do you take to repair a bag?

It depends upon the nature of damage occurred to the product. We require a minimum of two weeks and a maximum of four weeks plus shipping time.
